30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a standard return, the item must be unused, unopened where applicable, and in the same condition in which it was received. Original packaging should be included when reasonably applicable.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of being placed, provided the order has not already been processed, fulfilled, or shipped. After the cancellation window has passed, cancellation may no longer be available, but eligible items may still qualify for return under this Return & Refund Policy.

Return Shipping
For ordinary returns, including change-of-mind purchases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error by SurplusGifts.com or otherwise required by law.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us promptly if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Depending on availability and the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Opened items may still qualify for return when the item is damaged, defective, or was incorrectly fulfilled.
Final Sale Items
Items clearly identified as Final Sale, including designated clearance or discontinued merchandise, are not eligible for return or refund except where required by law or where the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund after it has been issued.
